We start on your floor.
We work alongside your team to find where information gets lost, delayed, or entered twice. We develop a practical plan, then build, test, and implement the improvements you choose. We train your team and stay involved after go-live to help the changes work in everyday use.
We currently focus on NetSuite, but our work is not limited to one platform. We assess the software you use and build the connections that fit your operation.
01 / Understand
Understand the work.
We spend two days on site with your team, examining up to three priority workflows and comparing how the work happens with what your system records. We identify where information gets delayed, lost, or entered twice and what it would take to improve it.
02 / Connect
We build and implement the improvements.
We design and build the agreed workflows, configure the software connections, and put them into use on your floor. We test the changes with your team, train the people using them, and provide operating instructions. Scope and price are agreed before implementation begins.
03 / Sustain
Keep improvements working.
We stay closely involved for a period after go-live, helping your team resolve issues and settle into the new workflows. After that, optional ongoing support helps keep information moving reliably and the workflows useful as your needs change.

One site and up to four agreed workflows. Coverage and small-change allowance agreed before starting.

Other platforms are scoped around your operation. Scope and price are agreed in writing before work begins. Hardware and approved travel are charged at cost. Third-party subscriptions are separate.

A few things to know before we start working together.
Do we need to replace our existing software?
Our approach is to connect floor activity to the software you already use. We confirm what connections are practical and identify any limitations during the assessment.
What counts as a workflow?
A workflow is one complete process, such as recording finished production against the correct job, checking the quantity, and handling entries that need correction. We define its scope and price before work begins.
Why is the assessment a paid engagement?
It includes preparation, two days on site, review of your system records, and a prioritized roadmap of improvements, their expected benefits, and what each would require. The roadmap is yours, whoever implements it. If you proceed with us, $4,750 of the assessment fee is credited toward implementation.
